Senior Professional - Value and Risk Advisory (m/w/d)

• Du führst Bewertungen von gewerblich genutzten Einzelimmobilien und Immobilienportfolios verschiedener Assetklassen durch, d. h. vom Discounter über Logistikobjekte bis hin zu den größten Bürokomplexen und Projektentwicklungen
• Du leitest kleine und mittelgroße Mandate und Projekte
• An europaweiten Portfolios arbeitest Du zusammen mit anderen Business Lines und JLL-Standorten
• Du erstellst Einzel- und Portfolioberichte in deutscher und englischer Sprache für nationale und internationale Kunden und arbeitest mit relevanten Tools der Immobilienwirtschaft wie Argus Enterprise, Lora und JLL-GPT und weiteren KI-Tools
• Du wendest nationale und internationale Bewertungsstandards an (RICS, ImmoWertV etc.)
• Darüber hinaus analysierst Du im Zuge des Bewertungsprozesses die relevanten Unterlagen, führst zusammen mit den Kunden Objektbesichtigungen durch und erstellst Standort-, Objekt-, Miet- und Marktanalysen

• Ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, BWL oder eine vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung 
• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
• Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung wünschenswert
• Erste Erfahrung in Projektleiterpositionen
• Eine Zertifizierung nach RICS oder HypZert ist wünschenswert, die förmlichen Voraussetzungen sollten zumindest erfüllt sein
• Die Ambition Neues zu lernen und von Tag 1 an voll eingebunden zu sein
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Aufgeschlossenheit
• Einen Pkw-Führerschein
