Shift Technician

• →

  Carry out 2 rotating shift works, record and maintain all the facility equipment's and electrical installation performance data.

• →

  Timely update the power consumption reports.

• →

  Maintain sub-station of 33kV and LV. Carry out maintenance and repair work in electrical installation related to electrical work only (for competent person).

• →

  Repair and trouble shoot electrical, mechanical, problem to production lines.

• →

  Timely update the power consumption reports and cost saving project package.

• →

  Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards such as 5S and TPM.

• →

  Ensure that all contractors, Vendors on site aware of and adhere to all Company Safety Procedures and that they signify by signing the proper documentation.

• →

  Coordinate and supervise contractors for timely setup of manufacturing utilities.

• →

  Responsible for full and proper documentation of each and every product and project assigned to you and their up to date recording. This includes all emails and electronic communications.

• →

  Provide daily reports on all areas of your job functions (in electronic communications or through communication book) included any un-normal issue.

• →

  Make sure that completed works meet specifications and safety standards Investigating electrical system or equipment failures and recommend actions to enhance reliability.

• →

  Other job-related duties as assigned.
