Software Engineer

• →Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures
• →Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• →Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• →Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
• →Champion "shift-left" quality practices by embedding testing early in the development lifecycle
• →Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• →Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
• →Adhere to JLL's security, compliance, and operational standards
   

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Databricks platform experience includes Python, PySpark and data pipeline development
• Power BI development skills including DAX, Power Query, and embedded dashboard creation
• 2+ years of professional software development experience in at least one backend language (e.g., C#, Node.js) and one frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React, Next.js)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, distributed team environment with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with AI agents and integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
