STP & WTP Operation Specialist

• →Monitor STP and WTP via control panels, PLCs, SCADA, BMS and dashboards.
• →Track flow, pressure, tank levels, pump status, equipment health and power availability.
• →Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, valves and filters (PSF/ACF, UF/RO where applicable).
• →Record alarms and faults in registers, and escalate breakdowns and process deviations.
• →Compile daily, weekly and monthly performance data, including treated-water quality and recycle/reuse volumes.
• →Coordinate with technicians, OEMs and vendors on troubleshooting, PPM and AMC activities.
• →Support commissioning and handover.
• →Ensure adherence to SOPs, environmental compliance (CPCB/SPCB norms, consent conditions) and EHS standards including permit-to-work and LOTO.
