Team Manager Business Support (m/w/d)

Als Team Manager Business Support bei JLL übernimmst Du eine zentrale Führungsrolle in unserem Leasing Support Team. Du kombinierst disziplinarische und fachliche Führungsverantwortung mit operativer Unterstützung unserer Vermietungsexperten. Im Wesentlichen besteht die Rolle aus zwei Komponenten: sie beinhaltet mit maximal 50% Gewichtung Team Management Aufgaben für den Bereich Business Support sowie mit mindestens 50% Gewichtung die unmittelbare Unterstützung der Business Teams durch Assistenz- und Data-Aktivitäten.

• 5-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
• Langjährige Erfahrung in den Leasing-Bereichen bzw. der Immobilienbranche
• Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen JLL-Tools & MS-Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Überdurchschnittliches Organisationstalent und hohe Zuverlässigkeit – auch in stressigen und zeitkritischen Situationen
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, sicheres Auftreten und Freude an einem flexiblen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
• Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
• Vorbildfunktion für Teamarbeit
• Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und klare Ziele zu definieren
