Technical Manager

• →Manage technical team including electrical, mechanical, and specialist engineers
• →Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• →Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• →Develop and maintain technical SOPs and work instructions
• →Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications
• →Ensure adherence to change management procedures
• →Coordinate with clients on technical requirements and incidents
• →Manage capacity planning and infrastructure optimization
• →Oversee commissioning of new equipment and systems
• →Maintain technical documentation and as-built drawings
• →Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Master's degree preferred

• Minimum 8 years in technical operations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role
• Extensive data center or mission-critical facility experience required
• Experience with UPS, cooling systems, generators, and BMS

• Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Project management capabilities
• Understanding of ITIL and change management processes
• Proficiency in CMMS and technical documentation systems

• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification

• Fluent in Thai and English
