  • Provide strategic transaction and occupancy support guide client through existing portfolio review and analysis.

  • Prepare for and participate in recurring client, project and leadership meetings; document decisions, owners and follow-up actions.

  • Drive the transaction management workflows, playbooks and governance so the team can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, consistency or compliance.

  • Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting and presentations that communicate portfolio activity, recommendations, financial implications, milestones, dependencies and decisions required.

  • Support the account team across the full transaction life cycle, bringing structure, judgment and a high level of proficiency to complex, high-velocity assignments.

  • Manage and help the team deliver a high volume of lease, sublease, expansion, renewal, relocation, contraction and termination transactions while following JLL and client processes and standards.

  • Support site selection and market searches, interact with local brokerage resources, evaluate alternatives, issue requests for proposals, negotiate letters of intent and business terms, and coordinate documentation through execution.

  • Develop comparative financial analyses, cash-flow and occupancy-cost scenarios, and clear summaries of economic and non-financial trade-offs to support strategy, approvals and decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate schedules, trackers and transaction systems; monitor milestones, critical dates, risks, interdependencies and approvals, escalating issues early and driving actions to closure.

  • Synthesize market intelligence, including availability, asking and effective rents, concessions, sublease conditions and competitive activity; coordinate maps, dashboards and specialized site data such as talent access, infrastructure, power, utilities or permitting when relevant.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with client stakeholders and JLL specialists across brokerage, occupancy planning, project and development services, workplace strategy, finance, legal, tax, technology and other functions; confirm commission invoices and transaction records are accurate and current.
