  Providing excellent customer service to Boeing employees and visitors using shuttle services

  Reporting operational issues and safety concerns through proper channels

  Maintaining clean and organized service areas

  Communicating effectively with team members and other vendors on-site

  Adapting to varying shift demands and operational priorities

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic, fast-paced environments

• Flexibility to work across different shifts as needed

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for 24/7 operations

• Experience in transportation, parking, or crowd management roles

• Background working in corporate campus or large facility environments

• Valid Drivers License

• Familiarity with safety and incident reporting procedures

• Bilingual communication abilities
