We bring to life a Brighter Way in all that we do by seeking better, smarter, more innovative ways of working. We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.

JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.

As the Workplace Manager, you will be the heart of the office — creating an environment where every colleague and guest feels welcomed, valued, and supported. Your authentic enthusiasm and customer-first approach will help shape a workplace experience that inspires wellbeing, collaboration, and pride in our shared space. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you'll play a key role in bringing that vision to life every day. You will be a team player who works with all team members to achieve key compliance and operational KPIs established by the client and delivered by the JLL Team. You will support and assist the team in providing daily comprehensive workplace services including compliance, vendor and relationship management along with delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement and company policies, procedures and processes. This position is varied and at times hands on. There will be a requirement to interface with members from all levels of the organization as well as the public. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll be instrumental in creating that inclusive, connected atmosphere on site. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service and is ready to be the professional face of the client organization, delivering a seamless outstanding service at every touchpoint.

  • Act as a welcoming and proactive presence at front desk, providing visitor journey management, security access pass distribution, and ensuring rooms are stocked and Audio-Visual services are in working order

  • Support the Facilities team in overseeing maintenance and operations of vendors (cleaning, handyperson, plants, HVAC etc.), conducting monthly vendor meetings and managing daily work orders through the invoice system (Corrigo)
  • Conduct daily workplace walkthroughs to ensure spaces feel welcoming and aligned with brand standards, collaborating with cleaning and maintenance teams to address environmental or comfort concerns promptly
  • Champion the office experience by anticipating colleague and visitor needs, regularly gathering feedback on workspace comfort and amenities to inform continuous improvement
  • Prior experience in reception, concierge, facilities, property management, hospitality or related field with proven ability to deliver best practice service
  • Ability to present a professional and friendly corporate image and interact confidently with all levels of the organization from leadership to contractors
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience with booking systems, facilities reporting and administration requirements, and demonstrated ability to manage both hospitality-style front-of-house excellence and facility operations with equal care
  • Genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences and fostering community, with a natural ability to bring energy and optimism to interactions
