At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and this role offers meaningful opportunities to strengthen and advance your career through hands-on experience and continuous learning.

  • Develop and proactively manage relationships with occupiers and clients, delivering comprehensive customer and property services across your allocated portfolio while consistently exceeding service delivery expectations
  • Conduct regular building inspections, complete detailed reports within governance timeframes, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, client contract obligations, and all facilities procedures

  • Monitor and manage Help Desk and service outputs to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and service level targets, reporting progress regularly to stakeholders
  • Support and deliver facilities-related projects aligned with agreed budgets and works plans, fostering an environment that actively supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence across the portfolio
  • 3+ years of proven experience in corporate real estate or facilities-related fields, with strong customer service focus and ability to interact effectively with diverse client staff
  • Current and valid Driver's License with understanding that facilities management involves 24-hour call-out/contact requirements for both reactive and routine maintenance across the portfolio
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, with demonstrated aptitude for interpreting numerical data and creating clear, logical reports
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields, along with knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities operations (desirable)
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property including Mechanical/HVAC, Chiller, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems, with experience in front and back office FM processes (advantageous)
