We are recruiting for an onsite coordinator to join our team at AS Watson in their Distribution Centre at Darlington DL3 0PS. This is a key role for us as you will be the link between the warehouse operation and the onsite team. Experience in either recruitment, payroll, planning or a team leading position is required but full training will be provided. Responsibilities

→Liaising with the onsite manager and planning recruitment sessions around the intake plan
→Carrying out registration sessions and planning induction / training sessions
→Recruiting and attracting the best talent for the warehouse operative roles
→Reporting, recording and tracking the weekly recruitment activity
→Reviewing with the marketing team to place adverts for warehouse operatives and reviewing marketing campaigns
→New starter engagement and supporting with any queries

A good standard of verbal and written English
Good communication and organisational skills
Previous experience of working as a resourcer, recruiter or consultant
Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
Salary £28,404 per year
