We are seeking a strategic, hands-on AI specialist to transform business operations through intelligent systems, connected workflows, and practical automation. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI across service delivery, operations, marketing, and business development. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows and agents that improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and support smarter business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions that people actively use. You will also champion responsible AI adoption, helping teams embrace new ways of working while maintaining quality, security, and human oversight. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an innovative problem solver who combines technical fluency, business acumen, and a passion for measurable results.
Identify strategic AI opportunities: Analyze business strategy, delivery processes, and operational challenges to identify where AI can create measurable value beyond simple task automation.
Design and optimize business workflows: Map existing processes across delivery, operations, marketing, and account management, then redesign them around connected systems, intelligent agents, and automated workflows.
Build a connected business data foundation: Develop and maintain a centralized company database that connects client information, engagements, delivery activities, and business performance data to improve visibility and decision-making.
Develop and maintain AI-powered systems: Build, integrate, and continuously improve agentic workflows using tools and platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, Claude, Granola, Google Workspace, Slack, Vercel, and Collective 54 Co-founder, leveraging APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, and automation platforms.
Automate reporting and operational processes: Streamline status reporting, estimated-versus-actual hours tracking, meeting capture, intake processes, and leadership reporting to provide reliable business intelligence without unnecessary manual follow-up.
Strengthen client relationship management: Identify potential account expansion opportunities, early indicators of client dissatisfaction, and noteworthy client successes, sharing relevant insights with account management and marketing teams.
Manage AI tools and performance: Maintain and optimize prompts, skills, context, accuracy, and configurations to ensure AI systems remain effective, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Collaborate on implementation and testing: Partner with project managers, operations specialists, and program owners to develop, test, and refine solutions using live client work before broader implementation.
Report on business impact: Present new solutions and opportunities during quarterly AI reviews with leadership and program owners. Measure results through indicators such as hours saved, cost per program, adoption rates, and operational efficiency, discontinuing solutions that fail to deliver meaningful value.
Drive AI adoption and enablement: Deliver practical training that helps teams integrate AI into their daily work, emphasizing real-world applications, improved processes, and sustained adoption rather than tool demonstrations alone.
Maintain responsible AI practices: Ensure client-facing outputs receive appropriate human review and comply with data retention policies, contractual data protection requirements, and applicable AI usage guidelines before working with client information.
