Analista Sr de Gestão de Projetos (tempo determinado)
Quick Summary
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
This role offers an opportunity to coordinate a complex, cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiative within a dynamic, international environment. You will support the Test Lead by ensuring daily testing activities remain organized, deadlines are met, and outstanding actions are followed through to completion. Acting as a central coordination point, you will work directly with subject matter experts, testers, and senior stakeholders across different regions and functions. Your focus will be on execution discipline, clear communication, accurate reporting, and proactive issue escalation rather than technical testing or business decision-making. You will help maintain visibility over progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and keep testing activities moving efficiently. This fixed-term opportunity also offers valuable exposure to project governance, stakeholder management, and the coordination of large-scale initiatives from design through implementation.
-
UAT Execution Monitoring: Track daily testing activities and identify tests that are overdue, blocked, not yet started, or awaiting action.
-
Stakeholder Follow-Up: Coordinate directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and testers to follow up on outstanding activities, blockers, commitments, and deadlines.
-
Test Scheduling and Resource Coordination: Manage test assignments, schedules, and tester availability to support consistent execution and efficient resource utilization.
-
Action and Risk Tracking: Maintain visibility over actions, decisions, dependencies, blockers, and delivery dates, ensuring owners are accountable for completing agreed tasks.
-
Testing Evidence and Documentation: Monitor missing evidence and incomplete test records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
-
Retest Coordination: Organize retesting activities as soon as fixes become available and follow through to ensure the relevant tests are completed.
-
Meeting and Check-In Support: Support UAT meetings and SME check-ins by preparing agendas, recording actions, monitoring commitments, and coordinating follow-ups.
-
UAT Tools and Trackers: Maintain UAT tracking files, documentation repositories, and project records, while supporting qTest administration and data completeness.
-
Progress Reporting and Escalation: Communicate execution status, emerging risks, capacity constraints, and delays to the Test Lead, escalating issues when appropriate.
-
Cross-Regional Coordination: Coordinate operational activities across regions and functions, maintaining consistent processes, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
