As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business processes and integrated digital solutions within the health technology sector. You will analyze functional and technical requirements, develop comprehensive test scenarios, and execute test cases to validate system functionality and compliance with established standards. Your work will help identify defects, support timely resolutions, and ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality expectations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to effective testing practices, accurate documentation, and continuous process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to support meaningful technology solutions that contribute to better experiences for customers, partners, and end users. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from a local office where available, in a collaborative and evolving digital environment. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in both French and English, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to software and business quality assurance.

  • Requirements Analysis and Test Planning: Analyze functional and technical documentation to identify requirements, define appropriate testing strategies, and develop scenarios and test cases that provide adequate coverage of business and technical needs.
  • Test Case Development and Management: Create, document, and maintain test scenarios and test cases using established test management tools. Keep the test catalogue up to date as new products, features, and system changes are introduced.
  • Test Execution and Quality Validation: Execute tests across integrated solutions to validate functionality, verify expected outcomes, and ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and business requirements.
  • Defect Identification and Resolution Tracking: Identify, document, and report defects according to established guidelines. Monitor reported issues, coordinate follow-up activities, and verify that fixes have been successfully implemented within the expected timelines.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track testing activities, monitor progress against established schedules, and provide regular updates to the team manager regarding results, outstanding issues, and potential delays.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Prepare, review, and update testing procedures and supporting documentation to promote consistency, accuracy, and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing testing processes and overall solution quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and relevant stakeholders to coordinate testing activities, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and support the successful delivery of reliable business solutions in a bilingual environment.
