We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to execute structured operational tasks in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will follow documented procedures, perform computer-based activities, and ensure each step is completed accurately and consistently. You will work with files, folders, spreadsheets, browser profiles, and basic Terminal commands while monitoring results and identifying unexpected behavior. Clear communication and precise reporting will be essential to help the team troubleshoot issues and maintain operational quality. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for an initial two-month period, ideal for someone who values organization, discipline, and clear instructions. Professionals who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future projects.

Execute computer-based operational routines by following written instructions in the specified order.
Run Terminal commands individually, verify their results, and identify errors or unexpected outputs.
Locate, copy, rename, organize, and manage files and folders according to established procedures.
Open, edit, and save CSV spreadsheets while maintaining data accuracy and file organization.
Navigate Google Chrome using multiple windows and browser profiles, including logging in and out of websites and completing CAPTCHA challenges when required.
Monitor each procedure and promptly flag any result that differs from the expected outcome.
Document issues clearly and objectively, including the steps performed, expected and actual results, date and time, relevant Chrome window, error messages, and screenshots.

Solid basic computer skills, particularly in file management, folder organization, and spreadsheets.
Comfort using Google Chrome, including managing multiple browser windows and profiles.
Familiarity with the Terminal or willingness to learn how to copy, paste, and execute commands carefully.
Strong discipline and attention to detail, with the ability to follow documented instructions precisely.
Good written communication skills and the ability to report problems accurately, clearly, and comprehensively.
Availability to work full-time, eight hours per day, for the initial two-month contract.
Access to a personal computer and a stable internet connection.
An existing MEI registration in Brazil or willingness to open one to work under the contractor (PJ) arrangement.
Previous experience with operational routines, software testing, or technical support is a plus.
Previous experience using the Terminal on macOS, Linux, or Windows is an advantage.
