    • Assessing workforce quality, staffing levels, and human capital needs.

    • Reviewing assurance engagement workpapers, quality processes, policies, and procedures.

    • Evaluating existing assurance methodologies, technologies, and innovation practices.

    • Identifying operational, compliance, and business risks.

    • Lead the assurance due diligence process, including detailed reviews at the individual engagement level.

    • Develop comprehensive integration project plans tailored to each acquired firm, incorporating findings and specific requirements identified during due diligence.

    • Evaluate and coordinate change management activities, including infrastructure requirements, assurance systems and tools, workforce needs, technology migration, and other operational transitions.

    • Collaborate with regional and local assurance leaders, the Integration Management Office, Operations, IT, Human Resources, and other service lines to coordinate the integration of acquired partners and employees.

    • Oversee staffing and recruiting coordination, technology implementation and migration, vendor contract transitions, and related operational activities.

    • Identify additional acquisition-related costs during the pre-merger process and communicate financial requirements to the appropriate departments.

    • Lead and coordinate assurance integration project teams, ensuring that implementation activities remain aligned with agreed plans and milestones.

    • Design and coordinate training programs for acquired teams covering independence and conflict-check procedures, organizational policies, assurance methodologies, and technology tools.

    • Monitor integration progress and communicate project status, overdue and upcoming milestones, critical issues, and proposed resolutions to assurance leadership and the Integration Management Office.

    • Work closely with national assurance operations, quality, and innovation leaders, as well as regional and local managing partners, to support successful integration outcomes.
