We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Finance Assistant to support clients with accounting, tax, financial, and platform-related inquiries. In this role, you will be responsible for building positive customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and effective communication. Proactively contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to provide assistance and support.

Answer questions related to accounting, taxation, financial matters, and the use of the company's platform.

Record customer interactions accurately and follow up on each request until it is fully resolved.

Identify technical or specialized issues and coordinate with the relevant internal departments to ensure timely solutions.

Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and provide clear, helpful feedback.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service workflows, processes, and overall service quality.

Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure an efficient and consistent customer experience.

Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in customer service or customer relationship management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and empathetically.

Good argumentation and problem-solving skills, particularly when handling different customer needs and situations.

Proactive, organized, and motivated to develop professionally.

Interest in technology, with basic knowledge of business processes and Artificial Intelligence.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay organized in a fully remote environment.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
