You will work closely with communications and marketing colleagues to support cross-functional projects and maintain effective internal communication channels. A key part of your responsibilities will be reviewing French-language content to ensure it reflects Quebec's cultural and linguistic expectations, including content initially translated using AI tools. You will also monitor communication performance, maintain digital platforms, and uphold editorial and brand standards. This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive bilingual professional who values collaboration, independent work, and contributing to a more sustainable future.

  • Intranet and Digital Platform Administration: Maintain SharePoint and intranet content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, accessible, and up to date.
  • Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide emails, employee announcements, and other internal communications that support organizational alignment and employee engagement.
  • French Content Review and Localization: Review French-language content, including AI-assisted translations, to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with communication norms in Quebec.
  • Employer Brand Management: Monitor and manage the organization's Glassdoor presence, including preparing thoughtful and professional responses to employee reviews.
  • Communications Analytics: Track channel performance, analyze relevant communication metrics, and prepare monthly reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Editorial Quality Control: Ensure all communications comply with AP Style, brand guidelines, editorial standards, and established quality requirements.
