We are seeking a proactive Brand & PR Specialist to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth in the international B2B technology and iGaming industry. In this role, you will take ownership of brand communication initiatives, from launching and maintaining digital channels to developing impactful marketing and promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, copywriting, and design teams to translate complex technical information into compelling brand narratives. You will also build relationships with industry directories and media platforms, support participation in international events, and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities. By combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, you will help improve brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial objectives. Website Development and Management: Define website structure, coordinate content creation, oversee the launch process, and ensure digital content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand positioning.

B2B Social Media Management: Identify and establish relevant communication channels, including LinkedIn, develop content calendars, manage brand profiles, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Brand Content and Creative Coordination: Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters and designers, coordinate deliverables, review creative outputs, and ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of written and visual materials.

Sales and Product Enablement: Collaborate with product and sales teams to gather relevant information, understand customer needs and sales challenges, and develop effective promotional materials, including one-pagers, technical white papers, case studies, and game-related documentation.

Industry Directory and Media Relations: Build and maintain a database of industry directories, reviewers, and relevant market platforms. Ensure brand listings are comprehensive, accurate, up to date, and aligned with business objectives.

Industry Events and Exhibition Support: Coordinate brand communication materials for industry exhibitions and events, including social media content, business cards, promotional assets, and supporting documentation for attending colleagues.

Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors’ websites, social media channels, promotional activities, industry listings, and event participation. Identify trends, benchmark brand positioning, and share actionable insights with the wider team.

Brand Performance Analytics: Track the effectiveness of marketing and PR initiatives using relevant metrics, including lead generation, brand mentions, audience growth, and influence on the sales cycle. Use findings to recommend which activities to scale, optimize, or discontinue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication, align marketing activities with commercial priorities, and continuously improve the effectiveness of brand initiatives.

Content Development and Sales Enablement: Ability to transform complex product information and sales insights into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant materials for business audiences.

Competitive Analysis and Experimentation: Experience monitoring competitors, testing communication hypotheses, measuring outcomes, and making informed decisions about optimizing or discontinuing activities.

Project and Stakeholder Management: Strong briefing, coordination, quality control, and deadline management skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international professional environment.
