Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex datasets into clear, compelling business narratives. You will help strengthen data quality, optimize reporting processes, and identify trends that reveal new opportunities for operational and commercial improvement. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with an international team in an English-speaking, asynchronous work environment. If you combine strong technical expertise with business acumen and a proactive analytical mindset, you will have a direct impact on how leadership understands and grows the business.

  • Reporting automation: Design and implement automated reporting workflows using Google Sheets, BigQuery, and BI platforms to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure timely access to business information.
  • Business performance analysis: Analyze sales trends, gross margins, product mix, and channel profitability to identify anomalies, emerging patterns, and leading indicators, providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Data quality and validation: Validate reporting outputs against source systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, merchandising, operations, and finance teams to understand business needs and develop reporting solutions that address operational challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Data infrastructure improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams on database architecture, data integration, and pipeline enhancements to support a growing analytics infrastructure and expanding business operations.
