As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will lead functional activities across implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the platform.
You will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Your role will be essential in improving employee data management, ensuring data consistency, and streamlining core HR operations.
You will also support the integration of Employee Central with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.
This fully remote, four-month contract offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise to meaningful HR technology initiatives.

Lead functional activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing solution support.
Analyze HR processes and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate functional requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Configure and maintain Employee Central settings and parameters to support employee data management and HR workflows.
Recommend and implement functional improvements that enhance system usability, process efficiency, and data quality.
Support the evolution and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, troubleshooting functional issues and helping ensure stable operations.
Coordinate and support integrations between Employee Central, other SAP SuccessFactors modules, and external enterprise systems.
Prepare functional specifications and relevant documentation to support configuration, development, testing, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with HR teams, technical specialists, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solution enhancements.
Help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee information throughout HR systems and processes.

Requirements

Strong professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), particularly its functional capabilities and employee data management processes.
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Employee Central, including module settings and system parameters.
Proven experience participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, solution enhancements, and ongoing support or maintenance activities.
Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and workforce data administration.
Experience integrating Employee Central with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.
Ability to gather business requirements, analyze HR needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical professionals.
A proactive, team-oriented approach, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing requirements, system configuration, and project deliverables.
