Product ManagementProduct Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap development for an enterprise Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Engineering as Code product area. In this fully remote role, you will help transform how infrastructure is provisioned, modified, secured, operated, and recovered by replacing manual processes with reusable, automated, and reliable capabilities. You will collaborate with infrastructure engineering, platform, operations, architecture, security, and internal customer teams to translate complex technical needs into impactful product solutions. Leveraging customer insights, technical knowledge, and product analytics, you will prioritize initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, security, and reliability. You will also drive adoption across teams, influence stakeholders, and mentor other product management professionals. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, technically fluent product leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is passionate about modern engineering practices.

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined Infrastructure as Code and Engineering as Code product area, aligning priorities with enterprise platform, security, and customer needs.

  • Translate customer and engineering challenges into prioritized capabilities, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, managing delivery across multiple Agile release cycles.

  • Lead product discovery, experimentation, and validation activities with infrastructure engineers, platform teams, operations, architects, security partners, and internal customers.

  • Prioritize reusable, tested, and supported infrastructure capabilities that reduce manual handoffs and inconsistencies across infrastructure provisioning, configuration, security, operations, and recovery.

  • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate and sequence solutions involving Terraform or OpenTofu, Ansible, source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and reusable infrastructure components.

  • Define and monitor product performance metrics, including adoption, component reuse, delivery lead time, manual intervention, policy compliance, reliability, and recovery outcomes.

  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, technical constraints, and business value to make transparent trade-offs and guide incremental product releases.

  • Drive product adoption across teams with varying levels of engineering maturity through onboarding, documentation, demonstrations, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement.

  • Influence product, engineering, and platform stakeholders across geographically distributed teams, building alignment around priorities and delivery outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor less-experienced product management colleagues, sharing expertise and promoting effective product management practices.
