We are seeking an accomplished partner sales leader to accelerate revenue growth through strategic alliances across the Data, AI, Analytics, and Cloud ecosystems. In this executive-level role, you will own partner-sourced pipeline development, sales execution, and revenue targets across the United States. You will collaborate with leading technology providers, including Databricks, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, and Denodo, to create joint go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable business results. By building trusted relationships with partner executives, field sales teams, and enterprise customers, you will transform strategic partnerships into qualified opportunities and closed engagements. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, alliance, and delivery teams to develop repeatable solutions that address evolving customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to shape market development strategies, expand enterprise customer relationships, and drive adoption of next-generation cloud and data technologies. The role is fully remote within the United States, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 25–40%.

  • Drive partner revenue and pipeline growth: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets, developing annual and quarterly business plans with clear performance objectives.

  • Develop strategic technology partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with partner account executives, sales leaders, solution architects, partner development managers, and marketplace teams across key cloud and data ecosystems.

  • Execute joint sales strategies: Identify opportunities to combine partner technologies with consulting, implementation, data engineering, AI, cloud transformation, and managed services capabilities to deliver customer value.

  • Lead joint account planning and co-selling: Coordinate account-mapping sessions, identify target customers, develop joint account plans, and facilitate executive introductions, workshops, assessments, and customer meetings.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: Drive opportunities from initial partner introductions through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure while maintaining accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking.

  • Build repeatable go-to-market initiatives: Collaborate with sales, marketing, alliance, industry, and delivery teams to develop scalable sales plays and partner-specific offerings across Data, AI, Analytics, and Cloud services.

  • Strengthen partner enablement and market presence: Educate partner teams on service capabilities, customer success stories, and ideal customer profiles while supporting partner-facing collateral, case studies, solution briefs, marketplace listings, and industry events.

  • Optimize partner programs and incentives: Coordinate opportunity registration, co-selling initiatives, cloud marketplace transactions, partner funding, and incentive programs to maximize commercial outcomes.

  • Maintain sales governance and accountability: Conduct regular pipeline and opportunity reviews, assess customer requirements and competitive positioning, and ensure consistent communication across internal teams and external partners.

  • Expand strategic market opportunities: Identify emerging customer needs, cloud adoption initiatives, data modernization programs, and AI opportunities that support long-term business development and revenue growth.
