MarketingMarketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Global Product Marketing Manager to drive the execution of marketing strategies across an international medical imaging portfolio, covering fixed, mobile, fluoroscopy, and digital X-ray solutions powered by AI. In this role, you will transform product positioning and portfolio strategies into impactful go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement programs. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and successful product adoption across global markets. Through competitive intelligence, clinical evidence, and customer insights, you will help strengthen market positioning and support commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovation in medical technology while working in a collaborative, international, and highly regulated B2B environment.

  • Product Launches and Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and manage launch plans for new products, ensuring internal readiness, training, milestone tracking, and coordination of launch-related activities. Support product requirements documentation and regulatory-related launch processes, while identifying potential risks and communicating them to leadership.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate external product launch activities, including marketing campaigns, press initiatives, webinars, and other promotional activities in collaboration with regional marketing teams and senior leadership.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, including presentations, competitive battlecards, clinical and value-based messaging, objection-handling resources, and product demonstration tools. Ensure all materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with established product positioning.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors, conduct product-level competitive analysis, and perform win/loss assessments. Translate market findings into actionable insights that inform portfolio strategy and help commercial teams respond to competitive developments.
  • Content and Evidence Development: Create and maintain product information sheets, customer case studies, reference stories, and return-on-investment tools. Ensure all marketing assets incorporate current and approved clinical and health-economic evidence.
  • Global and Regional Marketing Support: Develop standardized marketing materials that can be adapted by regional teams for local market needs. Facilitate regional execution by coordinating resources, providing opportunity visibility, and supporting commercial alignment without directly managing customer relationships.
  • Marketing Operations and Compliance: Maintain marketing asset libraries and coordinate content approval workflows in partnership with Marketing Communications. Ensure all materials comply with regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring and Events: Track key performance indicators across product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate marketing events and manage logistics related to key opinion leaders and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Product and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather and consolidate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and regional market insights into structured recommendations for Product Management and R&D roadmap discussions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support the Product Marketing Director in coordinating launch-related deliverables and dependencies across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams, ensuring effective communication and execution.
