We are looking for a data-driven and empathetic Growth Copywriter to lead the development and optimization of high-performing marketing communications across the entire customer journey. In this role, you will create compelling, conversion-focused messaging that supports customer acquisition, engagement, activation, and long-term retention. You will design and execute rapid copy experiments across paid advertising, landing pages, onboarding experiences, and automated lifecycle campaigns. Working closely with Growth, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you will use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to scale content production while maintaining brand consistency and quality. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, experimentation, and meaningful customer impact within a fully remote healthcare technology environment focused on improving women's access to menopause care.

Own the end-to-end growth copywriting strategy, developing and optimizing messaging across the entire customer journey, from initial acquisition and conversion to activation, retention, and re-engagement.

Develop data-backed copy hypotheses and design rapid A/B testing experiments in collaboration with Growth and Analytics teams to identify high-performing messaging variations.

Analyze experiment results, interpret performance data, and translate successful copy variations into scalable messaging strategies and reusable playbooks.

Create, test, and optimize automated lifecycle communications, including onboarding, activation, adherence, retention, churn prevention, and win-back campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Develop persuasive messaging and microcopy for high-intent conversion touchpoints, including landing pages, interactive quizzes, patient intake flows, checkout experiences, and dynamic pricing and promotional offers.

Create performance-driven advertising concepts, compelling hooks, and multiple static and video copy variations for paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and YouTube.

Continuously gather and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) insights from customer reviews, support interactions, intake responses, and exit surveys to identify customer motivations, pain points, objections, and high-converting language.

Translate qualitative customer insights into effective messaging angles that address audience needs, build trust, and improve conversion performance.

Leverage and train internal AI-powered copywriting tools to increase content production efficiency, maintain brand consistency, and develop automated workflows for generating and testing copy variations.

Monitor key marketing performance indicators, including click-through rates, quiz completion rates, conversion rates, customer engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).

Ensure all communications balance persuasive marketing principles with empathy, clinical credibility, healthcare compliance requirements, and advertising platform restrictions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with customer experience objectives, growth priorities, and broader business goals.

Continuously refine copywriting strategies based on consumer behavior, experimentation results, and evolving marketing best practices.

Requirements

At least 5 years of dedicated professional copywriting experience, specializing in direct-response copywriting, conversion optimization, or growth marketing.

Demonstrated experience creating performance-driven copy that generates measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics.

A strong portfolio showcasing data-backed copywriting results, including specific variations tested, messaging or psychological approaches used, and measurable performance improvements such as click-through rates, quiz completion, and conversion rates.

Extensive lifecycle marketing experience, particularly developing, implementing, and optimizing automated email and SMS sequences for onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back campaigns.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and the ability to nurture prospects and customers through multiple touchpoints rather than relying exclusively on one-off promotional campaigns.

Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests, including formulating clear hypotheses, understanding sample size requirements, interpreting test results, and determining statistical significance.

Excellent direct-response writing skills, with the ability to develop persuasive headlines, engaging hooks, compelling calls to action, and conversion-focused messaging across multiple formats and channels.

Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth, wellness, or HealthTech environments is highly preferred.

Ability to communicate sensitive healthcare and wellness topics, including menopause symptoms, hormonal changes, and women's health, with empathy, accuracy, and appropriate clinical authority.

Strong understanding of healthcare advertising compliance, medical communication standards, and advertising platform restrictions related to health-related products and services.

Experience using AI-powered writing tools and developing AI-assisted content workflows to improve production speed, consistency, and experimentation capabilities.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use customer insights, marketing data, and performance metrics to guide creative decisions.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside Growth, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.

An experimental, feedback-oriented mindset, with the ability to approach copy critiques objectively and prioritize consumer behavior and performance data over personal creative preferences.

High levels of ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
