This is an opportunity to lead sophisticated marketing measurement engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences clients, helping them understand how customer interactions influence prescription outcomes. As a Manager of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), you will oversee end-to-end analytics projects, from data integration and methodology design to strategic recommendations and marketing budget optimization. You will combine advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and omnichannel analytics to evaluate the impact of field detailing, digital campaigns, email, paid media, congresses, and medical education. Working closely with commercial, brand, and marketing operations leaders, you will translate complex analytical findings into actionable business decisions. You will also lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts while strengthening analytical quality, reproducibility, and methodological innovation. This full-time opportunity is well suited to a data-driven leader who combines technical expertise, client consulting skills, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial strategy.

  • Lead client attribution engagements: Manage multi-touch attribution projects from initial scoping through final delivery, establishing project timelines, budgets, success criteria, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop attribution methodologies: Design and implement attribution frameworks using rules-based, probabilistic, and algorithmic approaches, including Markov chains, Shapley values, logistic regression, and Bayesian models. Clearly document assumptions, limitations, and methodological choices.

  • Integrate and reconcile data: Combine prescription and claims data, CRM and field call activity, digital and email engagement, media delivery, samples, and market access data while maintaining applicable patient and healthcare professional privacy standards.

  • Apply omnichannel measurement expertise: Incorporate marketing mix (MMx) and omnichannel analytics to understand how different promotional channels and customer interactions contribute to business outcomes.

  • Triangulate measurement results: Compare MTA findings with marketing mix modeling (MMM), geographic analyses, holdout experiments, incrementality testing, and other measurement approaches to develop a robust view of channel performance.

  • Translate insights into recommendations: Present clear, actionable findings to executive stakeholders, including channel return on investment, customer journey sequencing, campaign effectiveness, and budget reallocation opportunities.

  • Maintain analytical excellence: Oversee code quality, model validation, documentation, and reproducibility across analytical projects, ensuring results are rigorous, reliable, and clearly communicated.

  • Lead and develop the team: Manage, coach, and mentor consultants and analysts, including workload planning, performance feedback, professional development, and capability building.

  • Support business development and innovation: Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, methodological improvements, and reusable analytical tools and accelerators.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain adherence to applicable regulations and internal standards, including the PhRMA Code, OPDP guidance, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy requirements.
