MarketingMarketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and execution across the U.S. market, supporting business growth and strengthening brand visibility. Working closely with Sales, SDR, and Customer Operations teams, you will develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline progression, and contribute to revenue. You will adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs while bringing valuable U.S. insights back to the international marketing team. From demand generation and events to public relations and customer advocacy, you will own a broad range of activities with measurable business impact. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with practical execution, budget ownership, and performance analysis. You will work remotely from the U.S. East Coast, collaborating regularly with colleagues across North America and Europe.

You will take ownership of U.S. marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy while delivering campaigns and programs that support local commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate global marketing strategies, campaigns, positioning, and product launches into relevant programs tailored to the U.S. market.

  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and local opportunities with the global marketing team to inform broader strategy.

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, websites, webinars, social media, and partner channels.

  • Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to generate qualified leads, improve lead engagement, and accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Own the planning and execution of U.S. conferences and events, including logistics, materials, shipping, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.

  • Travel occasionally across the United States to support industry conferences, customer events, and other marketing activities.

  • Strengthen brand awareness and market credibility by identifying relevant stories, developing press releases, and coordinating media activities.

  • Develop customer marketing initiatives in collaboration with Customer Operations, including email campaigns, direct mail, customer events, and success stories.

  • Provide sales enablement materials, content, campaigns, and collateral that support customer conversations and pipeline development.

  • Track marketing performance using Salesforce campaigns, CRM data, and attribution reporting to understand marketing's contribution to leads, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Monitor conversion rates and campaign results, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize marketing activities based on performance data.

  • Independently manage the U.S. portion of the global marketing budget within agreed plans, allocating resources across campaigns, events, and other channels.

  • Continuously improve marketing processes, ensuring activities are structured, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
