Network Engineer SD WAN Ops

• Professional Experience: At least 8–10 years of relevant experience managing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise networking and security infrastructure.

• Enterprise Networking Expertise: Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, architectures, and security principles, with experience across core, edge, production, wireless, and data center environments.

• Firewall Technologies: Hands-on expertise in configuring, monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls.

• SD-WAN and Cisco Meraki: Strong working knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN solutions and Cisco Meraki networking products, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.

• Load Balancing: Practical experience administering and optimizing F5 and NetScaler load balancers.

• Routing and Switching: Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in complex enterprise environments.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Communication and Documentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective stakeholder coordination, and the ability to maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

• Operational Excellence: Familiarity with quality control practices, inspection methodologies, and process improvement within network operations.

• Education: Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.

• Preferred Certifications: CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications are an advantage.

• Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, remain effective under pressure, and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

• Availability: Willingness and ability to work in shifts as required by operational needs.
