This role leads the development of connected omnichannel marketing strategies across Consumer and Provider audiences throughout the Americas. You will translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance data into impactful marketing experiences across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys. The position combines strategic leadership, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams. You will help organizations navigate complexity, identify high-value moments in the customer journey, and focus resources on opportunities that drive engagement and growth. The role also provides an opportunity to strengthen omnichannel capabilities and influence marketing practices across a highly regulated healthcare environment. Success will require a balance of strategic vision, practical execution, clear storytelling, and collaborative influence.

Lead the development of omnichannel marketing strategies in partnership with Americas marketing teams, ensuring alignment with Consumer and Provider business objectives.

Design integrated approaches across campaigns, channels, platforms, and customer journeys that respond to audience needs and growth opportunities.

Identify critical moments across patient and customer journeys and translate customer insights into relevant engagement strategies.

Use data, performance metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights to evaluate effectiveness and guide marketing decisions.

Translate complex performance trends and business context into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Help teams simplify complex challenges, establish priorities, and focus resources on high-impact opportunities.

Partner with channel leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop coordinated marketing activation strategies and connected customer experiences.

Build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, creating clarity, momentum, and shared accountability around strategic priorities.

Coach and support marketers and partners in developing stronger omnichannel capabilities and customer-centered marketing practices.

Ensure marketing strategies and activation plans comply with applicable brand standards and healthcare and regulatory marketing requirements across the Americas.

Encourage testing, learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement to strengthen marketing performance and customer experiences.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated experience developing omnichannel marketing strategies across multiple channels, platforms, and audience journeys.

Strong experience in customer engagement, campaign strategy, marketing activation, and cross-functional leadership.

Understanding of both consumer and healthcare provider marketing, with the ability to create connected experiences across different audiences.

Strong data literacy and the ability to interpret performance results, identify meaningful trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible to different audiences.

Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders with different priorities, perspectives, and areas of expertise.

Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, alignment, and organizational capability without relying solely on direct authority.

Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to balance business objectives with customer and patient needs.

Strategic curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguity and complexity into clear direction.

Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.

Agency, consulting, or in-house agency experience is an advantage.

Interest in emerging healthcare technologies, digital marketing trends, and evolving customer engagement practices is a plus.
