Identify high-performing clinical research sites and organizations aligned with therapeutic-area needs and strategic priorities.

Build, develop, and maintain long-term business-to-business partnerships with research sites and site networks, including relationships at the C-suite and governance level.

Serve as an enterprise point of contact for strategic site partners, providing tailored engagement models, senior-level access, and transparent communication.

Collaborate with internal clinical development, country operations, site operations, and other cross-functional teams to implement regional partnership strategies and support portfolio execution.

Develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities that combine organizational strengths and resources to accelerate clinical development and create greater value.

Support innovation initiatives, new capabilities, and stronger quality standards across strategic site partnerships.

Partner with operational teams to reduce timelines associated with clinical trial startup activities and improve execution efficiency.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers, proactively identifying opportunities and resolving enterprise-level concerns.

Develop strategies to address service issues, mitigate risks, and maintain strong customer satisfaction and partner relationships.

Establish and monitor KPIs for strategic partners and site networks, using performance data and annual assessments to guide continuous improvement and future partnership decisions.

Provide leadership, guidance, and influence across teams while helping colleagues achieve meaningful outcomes and broader business impact.
Requirements

Bachelor's, master's, or equivalent degree in a medical, scientific, technical, or healthcare-related discipline.

12+ years of broad experience in drug development, clinical trial conduct, and/or global clinical trial operations, with progressive experience toward senior leadership.

Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and clinical trial operational standards.

Sufficient therapeutic-area expertise to engage credibly with healthcare professionals and clinical research stakeholders.

Demonstrated success developing executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite stakeholders within the healthcare industry.

Proven experience managing complex business-to-business relationships with healthcare systems, research organizations, or strategic partners.

Experience establishing, negotiating, and managing complex strategic contracts and partnership arrangements.

Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to prioritize multiple strategic opportunities using data, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on results, accountability, and follow-through.

Ability to work effectively within highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations and collaborate across clinical development and country/site operations teams.

Demonstrated self-management skills and the ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous, and continuously changing environments.

Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence peers, coach colleagues, guide others, and create measurable business impact.

Fluency in English is required; additional local-language capabilities are an advantage.
