At least 10 years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product line as a hands-on individual contributor and the ambition to build and lead a team.
We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy, development, and growth of enterprise SaaS solutions serving Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and insurance carriers. You will join a remote-first, collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, customer focus, and measurable results.

-
Manage commercial strategy: Own product pricing, packaging, and business-case development in collaboration with Finance and Sales, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive positioning.

-
Deliver complex enterprise solutions: Guide products from discovery through launch, ensuring delivery commitments are met and solutions meet the quality, scalability, and reliability expectations of enterprise customers.
-
Maintain governance and compliance: Support a highly regulated operating environment by upholding applicable security, risk management, and compliance standards within the product function.
-
Build future product leadership: Begin as a hands-on individual contributor with the opportunity to establish and develop a product team as the platform and business expand.
