Test applications across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and network conditions to identify compatibility issues and ensure consistent user experiences.
Identify high-risk product areas and prioritize testing based on potential user impact, business risk, and technical complexity.
Validate critical user journeys across mobile applications and backend services, ensuring features meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
Verify bug fixes, conduct regression testing before releases, and maintain clear documentation of test coverage, results, unresolved defects, and known risks.
Develop, implement, and maintain automated tests for critical workflows across mobile applications, APIs, and platform services.
Integrate reliable automated checks into CI/CD pipelines to strengthen release validation and provide faster feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
Investigate flaky or unreliable tests, improve test-suite stability, and maintain reusable test data and testing infrastructure.
Balance automated and exploratory testing approaches to maximize coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.
Identify, document, and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and relevant technical context.
Collaborate with engineers to investigate root causes, verify fixes, prevent regressions, and address recurring quality issues at their source.
Participate in release planning and readiness reviews, communicating testing gaps, outstanding defects, and potential risks before deployment.
Help establish measurable quality standards, acceptance criteria, and release-readiness requirements based on testing evidence and risk assessments.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve testability, incorporate quality considerations early in development, and prevent defects before they reach production.
Collaborate with Support and Trust & Safety teams to identify patterns in customer-reported issues and translate findings into actionable quality improvements.
