In this role, you will be one of the primary points of contact for candidates, guiding them through initial recruitment conversations and helping them explore relevant career opportunities. You will conduct structured candidate calls, understand individual career goals, assess professional preferences, and ensure accurate information is shared with the wider recruiting team. You will play an important role in creating a positive and engaging candidate experience while supporting efficient recruitment operations. Conduct introductory calls with candidates who have expressed interest in opportunities after being contacted by the recruitment team.

Follow established interview scripts and conversation guidelines while maintaining a natural, friendly, and engaging communication style.

Understand candidates' professional backgrounds, career aspirations, experience, and motivations for considering new opportunities.

Gather relevant information about candidate preferences, including desired roles, availability, compensation expectations, and potential start dates.

Provide clear explanations of recruitment processes and ensure candidates understand the next steps in their application journey.

Build positive relationships with candidates by creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience throughout initial interactions.

Record detailed and accurate candidate notes, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and accessible to the recruitment team.

Maintain organized candidate records and ensure information is updated consistently.

Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates before and after calls, handling follow-ups and general process-related questions.

Collaborate closely with recruiters and other team members to ensure smooth candidate handovers and efficient recruitment workflows.

Use AI-powered recruitment tools and digital technologies to support communication, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes while developing broader recruiting and candidate management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the flexibility and ambition to take on additional recruitment responsibilities over time.

Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Comfortable communicating with candidates and professionals primarily based in the United States.

Nice to Have
