As a Senior AI Orchestrator SDLC, you will govern end-to-end software delivery within a continuous, AI-driven development model. You will oversee the full SDLC value stream rather than a single stage, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and AI agents to improve delivery outcomes. Your focus will be on increasing flow efficiency, reducing lead time, and establishing effective governance across people and intelligent automation. You will connect business strategy with technical execution, evaluating the feasibility and value of AI-enabled solutions. The role combines delivery leadership, Agile practices, stakeholder management, and emerging AI capabilities in a highly collaborative environment. You will also help shape and evolve agentic development practices that support scalable, efficient, and controlled software delivery.

Map, monitor, and govern the SDLC Value Stream, ensuring end-to-end visibility, effective controls, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Lead initiatives focused on reducing lead time, improving flow efficiency, and continuously optimizing software delivery processes.
Orchestrate workflows across multidisciplinary teams and AI agents, ensuring effective coordination between human expertise and automated capabilities.
Establish and maintain appropriate governance, compliance, and human validation at critical points throughout AI-enabled delivery processes.
Evaluate the feasibility, business value, and potential ROI of agentic solutions, connecting strategic objectives with technical execution in collaboration with AI engineering specialists.
Bridge strategic business demands and technical implementation, translating organizational priorities into actionable AI-enabled delivery initiatives.
Lead teams and coordinate dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery activities across multiple stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment between business, product, technology, and AI stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives.
Support the continuous evolution of AI-driven SDLC practices, identifying opportunities to improve engineering productivity, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.

Proven experience in Delivery Governance, software delivery management, or end-to-end delivery flow management.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Continuous Flow methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience coordinating workflows involving multidisciplinary teams and emerging AI-agent capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across different organizational levels, from delivery teams to senior executives.
Experience leading teams and managing delivery risks, dependencies, priorities, and process improvements.
Genuine interest in AI applied to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its potential to transform engineering and delivery practices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts, decisions, and opportunities into clear messages for both executives and product or technology teams.
Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect business objectives, delivery governance, technical execution, and AI capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, new technologies, and emerging AI-driven ways of working.
Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared delivery goals.
