Senior Analyst, Application Development and Maintenance

• Professional Experience: Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in application development, application maintenance, IT solutions, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is an advantage, particularly in enterprise application environments.

• Development and Integration Tools: Experience with tools and technologies such as Jira, Gearset, GitHub, Checkmarx, Dell Boomi, Apigee, Attunity, and Kafka is beneficial.

• AI and Emerging Technologies: A basic understanding of agentic applications and AI-powered solutions, including Gemini, Claude, and Salesforce-based AI capabilities, is preferred.

• Business and Technical Analysis: Ability to understand business requirements, assess how AI and other technical solutions can address those needs, and develop practical recommendations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions, participate in cross-functional discussions, and provide clear status updates to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify technical challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and take appropriate action within established guidelines.

• Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate documentation and reliable project records.
