As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead hands-on creative execution, transforming brand strategies into cohesive visual experiences across digital, print, and physical channels.
You will develop complete creative suites for campaigns, product launches, and customer experiences, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint.
Working closely with Marketing, Communications, Demand Generation, Product, and Sales teams, you will create compelling designs that strengthen brand recognition and support business growth.
From website experiences and digital advertising to event materials, branded merchandise, and customer-facing tools, your work will span a diverse range of creative formats.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to deliver high-quality assets that meet strategic objectives and deadlines.
This is a senior individual contributor role offering the opportunity to shape a mission-driven brand while balancing creative exploration with practical execution.
If you combine strong visual storytelling with excellent organizational skills and a passion for meaningful design, this role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

  • Develop cohesive creative suites: Lead the design process from initial concept through final delivery, translating campaign and launch objectives into connected visual assets that maintain a consistent brand identity across channels.
  • Translate briefs into creative concepts: Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand project requirements, present early concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final designs.
  • Adapt designs across channels: Create and optimize assets for digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, print publications, billboards, and other formats while preserving visual quality and messaging consistency.
  • Support digital marketing and demand generation: Design high-performing digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials that attract prospects, generate leads, and support customer acquisition.
  • Manage website design and brand consistency: Maintain and evolve the website's visual identity by designing new pages, refreshing existing content, and ensuring an engaging, consistent user experience.
  • Design customer-facing digital experiences: Develop visual assets, interface screens, and design updates for digital platforms and tools, collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Create product rollout and implementation materials: Design signage, posters, instructional graphics, branded merchandise, packaging, and event materials that support smooth implementations and create polished experiences for schools, venues, and events.
  • Produce corporate and sales collateral: Develop presentations, sales materials, flyers, reports, policy documents, leadership presentations, and social media content for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain brand assets and templates: Build and organize reusable design templates, visual asset libraries, and brand resources that empower other teams to produce consistent, on-brand materials independently.
  • Coordinate photo and video production: Plan and direct creative shoots, define visual requirements, and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors to deliver high-quality content.
  • Manage external creative partners: Provide clear creative direction to freelancers, printers, photographers, and other vendors, coordinating schedules and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Oversee creative production and priorities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish realistic timelines, communicate progress, and ensure that both strategic initiatives and quick-turn requests are delivered on schedule.
  • Uphold brand standards: Ensure all creative materials follow established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to strengthen the visual identity and improve the overall quality of brand communications.
  • Collaborate on creative direction: Work closely with the VP of Brand and Communications, who oversees brand strategy and messaging, to translate strategic priorities into impactful design solutions and introduce fresh creative ideas.
