This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead end-to-end creator campaigns within the sports and entertainment sectors. You will primarily manage one client account, taking ownership of campaign delivery, creator casting, negotiations, contracts, content quality, and performance. Working closely with clients and internal campaign, strategy, and solutions teams, you will help shape evolving briefs and deliver measurable results. The role combines commercial accountability, cultural insight, and creative judgment in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will use influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign outcomes. This position requires availability from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, regardless of your location, with occasional weekend work when campaign reviews require it.

  • Own the day-to-day delivery and performance of assigned influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed client objectives and timelines.

  • Identify, cast, negotiate with, and contract creators, with particular attention to sports betting and fantasy sports experience, while managing rates, budgets, and usage rights.

  • Monitor campaign reach, engagement, CPV, and CPM performance, adjusting creator selection and budget allocation to maintain agreed targets.

  • Develop culturally relevant creator shortlists, translate client briefs into effective search criteria, and identify emerging talent beyond familiar creator networks.

  • Prepare clear creator briefs and scripts, review content thoroughly, and maintain high-quality standards before client submission.

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle through influencer marketing platforms, including discovery, outreach, contracting, payments, and reporting.

  • Use AI tools for research, outreach, and brief development while validating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.

  • Keep clients proactively informed through clear performance updates, manage expectations, identify risks early, and recommend practical solutions.

  • Provide direction and constructive feedback to campaign team members while building effective relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.

  • Scope and price additional campaign requests, such as link-in-bio placements and reposts, before confirming delivery.
