  • Collaborate with legal counsel, relationship managers, commercial operations specialists, lending management, members, and prospective members to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

  • Support commercial capital markets activities by preparing documentation and responding to participant requests related to loan sales.

  • Maintain complete underwriting files and review legal loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Respond to internal and external audit requests concerning commercial lending activities, underwriting practices, and portfolio documentation.

  • Support portfolio management and workout teams with annual reviews, credit assessments, workout evaluations, and restructuring proposals.

  • Mentor and coach fellow underwriters and team members, sharing technical knowledge and promoting consistent underwriting practices.

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of commercial lending policies, underwriting guidelines, and procedures to maintain compliance and manage risk effectively.
