We are looking for a strategic and culturally curious Senior Content Analyst to help shape content discovery and curation across multiple markets. In this remote-first role, you will combine market intelligence, catalog analysis, and creative thinking to identify emerging trends and content opportunities. You will monitor developments across publishing, entertainment, pop culture, and social media to understand evolving audience interests. By translating data and research into actionable content strategies, you will help strengthen catalog relevance and increase reader engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and editorial partnerships teams in a dynamic, international environment. Monitor reading consumption trends and emerging content formats across the markets where the platform operates, maintaining a global perspective.
Track pop culture, social media, publishing, and entertainment developments to identify relevant topics, audience interests, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze the existing content catalog to identify gaps, underrepresented topics, and opportunities to strengthen the offering in different markets.
Develop content curation strategies and concepts, including themed galleries, banners, and keywords, to improve title discovery and reader engagement.
Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and market research, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Combine quantitative analysis with cultural awareness to guide content decisions and align curation strategies with audience preferences and business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and editorial partnerships teams, sharing market intelligence and recommendations on potential titles and content opportunities.
Balance multiple projects and priorities while ensuring that content strategies remain relevant, creative, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Solid professional experience in the content industry, including publishing, audiovisual media, entertainment, or related sectors.
Strong cultural awareness, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging content curation strategies.
Ability to understand complex business models and balance editorial and content priorities with commercial objectives.
Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to identify trends, evaluate catalog performance, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent English, with strong reading and listening comprehension to evaluate international content.
Intermediate Spanish, particularly for understanding written and audio content.
