MarketingEcommerce

Take ownership of ecommerce performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across a growing portfolio of emerging direct-to-consumer brands. You will lead the development and optimization of landing pages, using AI-powered workflows to accelerate experimentation and deliver measurable results. Working closely with marketing, growth, design, and engineering teams, you will turn customer insights and performance data into actionable improvements. You will build a testing strategy adapted to brands with lower traffic volumes, prioritizing smart experiments and reliable learnings. This role offers the opportunity to establish scalable CRO processes that support sustainable growth across multiple brands. Join a fully remote, collaborative environment that values ownership, speed, innovation, and meaningful impact.

In this role, you will drive conversion optimization and establish repeatable experimentation processes across multiple emerging ecommerce brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a CRO testing program tailored to lower-traffic brands, prioritizing high-impact experiments, thoughtful sequencing, and reliable analysis of smaller data samples.

  • Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones from initial brief to launch, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, design, copywriting, and implementation.

  • Monitor daily performance across brands and collaborate with paid marketing and growth teams to identify conversion opportunities and determine where to scale.

  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, sales data, customer reviews, support interactions, and post-purchase surveys to identify friction points and develop test hypotheses.

  • Research customer needs and behaviors to understand differences between audiences across brands and identify the improvements most likely to influence purchasing decisions.

  • Develop and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each brand in partnership with marketing and growth leads.

  • Establish scalable CRO processes covering performance monitoring, landing page production, quality assurance, experiment documentation, and post-test analysis.

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to maintain alignment, remove bottlenecks, and keep experimentation projects moving efficiently.

  • Apply AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve execution speed, and continuously enhance the testing process.
