The Senior Product Manager – Credit Risk will lead the development and growth of a credit risk product portfolio used by lenders to assess, price, and monitor borrowers. This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced product professional who understands credit decision-making from the lender's perspective and can translate that expertise into scalable technology solutions. You will shape the roadmap for credit signals, risk scores, and decisioning tools, working closely with financial institutions and internal data science and engineering teams. Your work will span the entire credit lifecycle, from customer onboarding and underwriting to early risk detection and collections. You will help transform complex data into actionable insights that improve lending decisions and support responsible access to credit. Operating in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment, you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to influence products used by hundreds of lenders and impacting millions of borrowers.

You will own the credit product strategy and execution, translating lender needs and market opportunities into effective, data-driven products. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and manage the credit signals roadmap, identifying opportunities to develop alternative data sources, behavioral indicators, and fraud signals that improve credit risk assessment.

  • Engage directly with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and fintech lenders to understand their underwriting, lending, and collections processes and translate their challenges into product opportunities.

  • Develop solutions covering the full credit lifecycle, including customer onboarding, underwriting, credit limits, early-warning indicators, and collections.

  • Collaborate with data science teams to define high-quality credit signals, evaluate model performance, and move promising models from experimentation into production.

  • Lead the development and launch of scalable, API-first credit products and decisioning tools.

  • Monitor product performance and business impact through key metrics such as approval rates, delinquency levels, and fraud losses.

  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to support product positioning, commercial proposals, and pricing strategies for credit-related solutions.

  • Work with compliance stakeholders to ensure products meet applicable regulatory requirements, including Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and data protection standards.

  • Gather customer feedback, assess market developments, and continuously improve product capabilities and performance.
