MarketingMarketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution, product launches, messaging, and sales enablement for a portfolio of innovative software solutions. In this role, you will translate product strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and client success, you will drive product awareness, adoption, and commercial performance. You will take ownership of launch planning, positioning, and enablement initiatives while ensuring teams have the tools and confidence to communicate product value effectively. This client-facing position also offers opportunities to engage directly with customers through advisory boards, executive discussions, interviews, and industry events. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by the impact of launches, the effectiveness of enablement materials, and sustained product adoption.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Translate product strategies and roadmap initiatives into clear go-to-market narratives, launch plans, and marketing programs that support business objectives and customer needs.
  • Product Launch Management: Own the planning, coordination, and execution of product releases, ensuring launches are delivered on schedule, aligned across teams, and positioned to generate meaningful business impact.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly communicate product benefits, differentiate solutions in the market, and resonate with target buyers.
  • Sales and Customer Success Enablement: Create and deliver practical enablement resources, including presentations, product demonstrations, marketing collateral, sales decks, and ROI calculators, to strengthen sales effectiveness and customer confidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and client success teams to align messaging, improve win rates, accelerate adoption, and ensure consistent communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Customer Engagement: Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards in partnership with product and client success teams, participate in executive-level conversations, conduct customer interviews, and represent the business at relevant company and industry events.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on launch effectiveness, product awareness, adoption, and other key performance indicators. Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve future launches.
  • AI-Enabled Marketing Innovation: Leverage AI tools to accelerate launch planning, strengthen messaging, improve content quality, and increase the efficiency of product marketing workflows.
  • Project and Initiative Management: Manage multiple product marketing initiatives simultaneously, coordinate stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to cross-functional projects that advance broader business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather market and customer insights, incorporate relevant feedback into product messaging, and ensure that launch strategies and enablement materials remain useful, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
