We are looking for a strategic and highly organized product operations leader to strengthen the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that drive innovative digital content experiences. In this role, you will help shape how audiences discover and engage with emerging content formats, including live events, podcasts, creator content, and games. You will serve as a key connector across Product, Engineering, Design, Content, and business teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned and initiatives move forward efficiently. Combining product operations expertise with program management leadership, you will drive cross-functional transformation programs and improve visibility across complex product portfolios. You will also leverage AI, automation, and scalable workflows to reduce manual effort, accelerate execution, and enhance team productivity. This is an opportunity to influence global product experiences within a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

  • Define, document, and continuously improve team operating models, workflows, and standards to support efficient, consistent, and scalable product development.
  • Lead core operating cadences, including strategic planning, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), coordinating inputs, timelines, deliverables, and leadership-ready reports.
  • Manage portfolio-level operations, including project intake, prioritization, roadmap maintenance, launch calendars, and visibility into initiatives, dependencies, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Establish clear stakeholder communication practices across Product, Engineering, Technical Program Management (TPM), Design, and business teams, maintaining a reliable source of truth for plans, decisions, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Align operating rhythms with partner product organizations to ensure cohesive execution and a consistent end-user experience across interconnected product areas.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, tools, and workflows that streamline operations, reduce administrative overhead, and improve team efficiency through AI and automation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the product development lifecycle, prioritize high-impact operational enhancements, and measure their effectiveness in improving quality, productivity, and delivery speed.
  • Partner with content exploration teams and cross-functional product and technology stakeholders to advance innovation roadmaps and deliver new content discovery experiences.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple product areas, managing dependencies, stakeholder expectations, changing priorities, and organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic vision, business opportunities, and execution plans for transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio progress, surface risks and blockers, and translate complex project information into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, and effective collaboration across distributed teams.
