Technical Tools
OperationsProject Manager

This role leads the delivery of an AI-driven acquisitions decision-support platform, from implementation through MVP launch and handoff.
You will operate at the intersection of external technology partners, internal data and engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
The position combines technical project management, vendor oversight, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
You will ensure scope, milestones, deliverables, testing, adoption, documentation, and business objectives remain aligned throughout the engagement.
A key part of the role is facilitating UAT and translating complex technical information into clear decisions and actionable updates.
You will also drive risk management, change adoption, and comprehensive knowledge transfer for a successful transition.
This is a remote, non-converting project role in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment with strong U.S. time-zone overlap.

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of an AI-driven platform MVP, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, milestones, deliverables, and business objectives.
  • Oversee an external delivery vendor, tracking performance against the Statement of Work (SOW), project timeline, commitments, and delivery expectations while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal data and engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating business users, gathering and prioritizing feedback, tracking issues, and supporting resolution and launch readiness.
  • Translate technical project information into clear updates, decisions, action items, and documentation that enable effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation covering requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, UAT outcomes, delivery status, and other key project information.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery issues, supporting appropriate mitigation and decision-making.
  • Support change management and user adoption throughout the MVP rollout, helping business teams understand and effectively use the solution.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge transfer and documentation at the conclusion of the engagement to enable a smooth handoff to the future internal owner.
