This is a senior technical pre-sales role supporting enterprise customers and channel partners across Latin America. You will serve as a trusted cybersecurity expert throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery and technical validation through demonstrations and deal closure. Working closely with sales teams, customers, and partners, you will translate complex security challenges into practical technology solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement, technical presentations, partner enablement, and strategic collaboration. You will also contribute market insights and field feedback to Product Management and R&D teams. With extensive regional travel, the position offers broad exposure to enterprise security environments, industry events, and strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

Act as the primary technical expert throughout the pre-sales process, partnering closely with regional sales teams to support enterprise opportunities from discovery through closing.

Lead technical demonstrations, presentations, solution discussions, and problem-solving sessions for customers and channel partners.

Provide technical account support and guidance, helping customers understand how security solutions can address their specific business and cybersecurity requirements.

Train and enable strategic partners across Latin America in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners to identify new opportunities and strengthen long-term engagement.

Monitor the cybersecurity market and competitive landscape, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, vendors, and industry developments.

Communicate field requirements and customer feedback across internal teams, ensuring alignment on product capabilities, technical needs, and market priorities.

Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to help shape capabilities and features relevant to regional and global customer requirements.

Maintain deep technical knowledge of the cybersecurity product portfolio and the broader security technology landscape.

Support customers with technology reviews, product evaluations, technical findings, results, and integrations with other technologies in their environments.

Collaborate with other security engineers on complex and strategic customer projects to help ensure successful technology adoption and delivery.

Deliver presentations at industry events, conferences, and webinars, representing the organization as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.

Participate in deployment reviews, forecast calls, design reviews, and product release meetings.

Travel extensively throughout Latin America as required, with approximately 70–80% regional travel expected.
Requirements

Extensive professional experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, security engineering, or a comparable customer-facing cybersecurity role.

Proven experience managing and supporting large enterprise accounts.

Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken.

Preference for candidates based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Strong understanding of security-focused technologies and platforms, such as CASB, EDR, SIEM, digital forensics, or related solutions.

Ability to translate cybersecurity technologies and capabilities into practical security strategies and best practices.

Strong networking knowledge, including a solid understanding of OSI Layers 3 through 7.

Excellent written communication skills for RFP responses and technical documentation, combined with strong verbal presentation skills for pre-sales meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.

Understanding of attacker progression, with exposure to Red Team activities, penetration testing, or offensive security methodologies.

Knowledge of Incident Response and Blue Team methodologies.

Good understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies.

Familiarity with cybersecurity processes, frameworks, and methodologies; certifications such as CISSP are a plus.

Strong customer-first mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial, adaptable approach suited to a fast-moving environment, with a willingness to take ownership and proactively find solutions.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Sales, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
