As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of application development and technical quality while collaborating with distributed teams and clients to deliver impactful digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React and Python.
Contribute to component architecture, implementation, maintenance, and overall code quality.
Help establish and improve engineering practices for source control, build processes, and deployment.
Design and implement effective data storage solutions.
Optimize application performance to maximize speed, reliability, and scalability.
Gather feedback from users and clients and translate it into practical software improvements.
Analyze client requirements and contribute to defining appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with technical leaders to support project execution, delivery planning, and timely completion.
Work closely with client teams and distributed colleagues to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.
Apply AI-native development tools and practices to improve engineering workflows and explore emerging AI capabilities.
Contribute to testing, code reviews, and collaborative development processes that maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

You are an experienced engineer who combines strong frontend and backend development skills with sound engineering judgment, collaborative communication, and an interest in AI-driven software development. The ideal candidate will bring:

Significant professional experience delivering software at a senior engineering level, typically at least eight years of commercial experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including hands-on experience with React.
Practical experience developing backend applications with Python.
Experience using AI-native development practices and tools.
An understanding of AI and agentic workflows, along with an interest in emerging large language model technologies.
Experience delivering software in an Agile environment and building solutions for real-world business needs.
Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, including relevant testing tools.
Practical experience working with databases and cloud environments.
Familiarity with collaborative software development practices, including pull requests and code reviews.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
