You will take ownership of core business systems, including Salesforce and enterprise collaboration tools, while translating stakeholder needs into practical, scalable technology solutions. Access management and security: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and platform security settings to support appropriate access and secure system usage.
-
Workflow automation and integrations: Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, and automation. Support integrations and data flows between systems, coordinating with vendors and technical partners when needed.
-
System monitoring and continuous improvement: Work with the managed service provider to monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, coordinate incident resolution, and assess new tools, features, and software releases.
-
Data management and reporting: Maintain data quality through imports, exports, cleanup, and governance practices. Develop reports and dashboards that inform operational planning and leadership decisions.
-
User support and training: Act as a trusted resource for system questions, provide remote training, explain technical concepts in accessible language, and help users adopt technology effectively.
-
IT operations and asset management: Provide additional support during periods of increased demand, including hardware and software management, ticket and incident handling, account security, connectivity issues, onboarding and offboarding, and asset inventory management.
