Software Engineer FullStack (Java/React)

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop and enhance modern, scalable applications using Java, Spring, React, and complementary technologies. In this role, you will contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, from backend services and database solutions to responsive front-end experiences. • Strong hands-on experience developing applications with Java 17 or later and a solid understanding of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, including practical experience writing and optimizing database queries.

• Professional experience developing front-end applications with React, including familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns.

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices and distributed applications.

• Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and implementing system integration solutions.

• Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and practical experience implementing service-based solutions.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with messaging technologies, especially Apache Kafka.

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively within cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Familiarity with earlier versions of Java and their evolution.

• Experience with reactive programming and Spring WebFlux.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms, including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

• Familiarity with automated testing practices, testing frameworks, and continuous integration workflows.

• Understanding of information security principles and secure software development practices.

• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Previous experience in credit cooperatives, banking, or other financial services environments.

Education and professional development:
