This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for an accomplished recruiter to lead strategic hiring across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Operations. You will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective talent strategies and deliver complex, high-impact searches from initial planning through offer and onboarding handoff. Combining proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making, you will identify exceptional talent, including candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities. You will also strengthen hiring practices, influence leadership decisions, and use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve speed and quality. This role is ideal for a commercially minded talent partner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, and innovation-focused environment.

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders and hiring managers, translating business strategies and growth plans into current and future recruitment needs.

  • Lead structured intake meetings to define role expectations, ideal candidate profiles, market conditions, and assessment approaches before searches begin.

  • Independently manage a portfolio of complex and hard-to-fill Commercial searches, from sourcing and screening through assessment, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff.

  • Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, setting expectations, maintaining timelines, ensuring timely feedback, and using market data to challenge unrealistic requirements or compensation decisions.

  • Coach leaders on structured interviewing, candidate assessment, compensation positioning, and effective offer-closing strategies.

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive and hard-to-reach talent through market mapping, competitive intelligence, and targeted outreach.

  • Negotiate competitive offers, manage counteroffers, and navigate complex candidate situations to secure successful hires.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and disciplined workflows in Greenhouse, ensuring the applicant tracking system remains the source of truth for every search.

  • Leverage AI-enabled recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, outreach automation, research tools, resume screening, and scheduling solutions to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

  • Share effective recruiting tools and practices with colleagues to support continuous improvement across the talent function.

  • Analyze hiring metrics, including time to fill, funnel conversion, pipeline health, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability, to identify challenges and guide recruitment decisions.

  • Design and contribute to hiring initiatives such as structured interview frameworks, interviewer training, assessment programs, and talent pipeline development.

  • Promote diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and relevant quality standards, including ISO 13485 requirements.
