We are seeking an accomplished supply chain executive to lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategy for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure business. This strategic leadership role oversees global sourcing, procurement, manufacturing partnerships, hardware supply, inventory management, and logistics. You will build scalable processes and operational capabilities to support the deployment of advanced computing and data center infrastructure across international markets. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Sales, you will drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and reliable customer delivery. You will also strengthen supplier relationships, mitigate supply chain risks, and establish performance metrics that support sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to shape supply chain strategy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

  • Supply Chain Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, product commercialization, and long-term growth plans.
  • Hardware Sourcing and Procurement: Lead sourcing and procurement of servers, data center equipment, computing hardware, and other critical infrastructure components required for deployments.
  • Supplier and Partner Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with global suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and resellers. Lead contract negotiations, optimize commercial terms, and ensure supplier performance meets quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
  • Manufacturing and Logistics: Oversee manufacturing partnerships, production planning, transportation, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Inventory and Demand Planning: Direct demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and resource allocation to balance availability, working capital, and operational efficiency.
  • Cost and Operational Excellence: Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, streamline processes, and enhance supply chain productivity without compromising reliability or customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management and Resilience: Develop strategies to mitigate supply disruptions, supplier concentration, capacity constraints, geopolitical challenges, and other operational risks. Lead organizational adaptation as business needs and market conditions evolve.
  • Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and measurable improvement targets across a 12–24-month planning horizon to monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, costs, quality, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Organizational Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization, including senior leaders and Director-level teams, while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain capabilities with customer requirements, product roadmaps, deployment schedules, and commercial priorities.
  • Scalable Infrastructure and Processes: Establish the systems, tools, governance, and operating processes required to support rapid growth and increasingly complex global supply chain operations.
